Chestnut Class
Our topic for this term is: What is it like to live by the sea?
Seas the day with Class 2 as we learn about everything from poetry and postcards in writing, plants and animals in science, computer art and presentation skills in computing, coasts in geography, listening to classical orca-stras in music, athletics and striking and fielding in PE, and collaging in art/design and technology! Whale also be learning about how we change and about different relationships in PSHE/RSE, and we'll be celebrating our differences through our continued study on Islam in religious education and our Buddhism Theme Day! And that's not even all since we'll also be learning about fin-fluential historical figures like Grace Darling and Grace O'Malley and even following in their footsteps through our pirate-themed outdoor treasure hunt and a trip to the seaside! It'll be out-sand-ing!
